What Doma Collects
When you interact with Doma, we collect your display name and phone number (from Signal or Telegram), your messages and conversation history, any files or attachments you share, and — if you provide it — your email address and LinkedIn profile URL.
Profile Enrichment (People Data Labs)
If you provide your email or LinkedIn URL, we use People Data Labs (PDL) to enrich your profile with publicly available professional information. You can opt out of profile enrichment at any time by telling Doma “forget me” or asking it to remove your profile data. If PDL has returned inaccurate information about you, ask Doma to correct or delete it and we will update your record manually.
How We Use It
Your data is used to make Doma useful to you: to remember context across conversations, recognize you across sessions, and personalize responses. Conversation content is stored and indexed for semantic search so Doma can recall relevant history. Your professional profile data informs how Doma introduces you and tailors conversations.
Your conversations are not used to train AI models. Doma runs on third-party language models (Anthropic Claude) and your data is not sent to them for training purposes.
Who Can See It
Doma shares context across conversations you’re part of — group chats and DMs where you are a participant. Doma does not share your data with users outside those sessions. Domain team members (ondomain.ai) have access to the underlying database for product development and debugging purposes.
Data Retention
We retain conversation history and profile data for as long as your account is active. We do not currently have automated data expiry.
Your Rights
You can delete your memories, profile, and conversation history at any time by telling Doma “forget me.” We will purge your record from the database. This action is irreversible.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Doma after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
